Shoppers are able to leave their own notes about an address or a customer to reference in the future. These notes are designed to help you remember key information about repeat customers such as how they prefer their bananas, gate codes, and parking instructions in order to help you provide a personalized shopping experience.
Neither customers nor other shoppers will be able to see any notes that you leave, but when a customer’s order is offered to you in the future, the note will appear on the Location Details screen, which you can view before claiming the order.
To add a member note:
- Tap Add note on the Order Details screen.
- When you’ve finished entering your note, tap Save note before closing out of the screen.
- If you receive a future offer from the same member, tap the ellipses icon in the top right-hand corner of the offer card to view the Location Details screen.
- Tap the info icon () next to the delivery address to view the notes you've left for that member.
